Johannes Suter, managing partner of Zurich private equity boutique Helvetica Capital, left the firm in May this year. Suter, who founded the firm in 2015, was a member of the executive board and the board of directors. He was responsible for joint leadership of the firm, new business initiatives and parts of the companies’ investment portfolio.
The company will continue to be led by the remaining two managing partners, Philipp Berner and Christian Füssinger.
Suter told Citywire Switzerland that after ten years at Helvetica and 10 investments worth more than CHF 100 million, he decided now was a good time to move on. While Suter said he will remain connected to his entrepreneurial network and investment activities, he was unable to offer more details about the next chapter of his career.
