Krispy Kreme — Shares rose nearly 14% in pre-market trading after the company said it would sell its donuts in McDonald’s restaurants nationwide by the end of 2026, with rollout beginning in the second half of this year. Krispy Kreme began testing sales at select McDonald’s locations in 2022, and the expansion of their partnership will double the donut maker’s current sales volume. McDonald’s shares fell more than 1%. Seagate Technology – Storage shares gained 4.1% as Morgan Stanley upgraded to overweight from equal weight. Morgan Stanley said the company increased profits thanks to generative artificial intelligence and other factors. McCORMICK — Shares rose nearly 4% after the spice maker reported higher profit and revenue. Adjusted earnings per share were 63 cents for the fiscal first quarter, topping the 58 cents expected by analysts polled by FactSet. Revenue was $1.6 billion versus expectations of $1.55 billion. United Parcel Service — Shares of the delivery company rose 3% after the company issued long-term guidance. The company said its 2026 consolidated revenue will be between $108 billion and $114 billion. In 2023, UPS reported consolidated revenues fell to $91 billion. Super Micro Computer — Shares rose 3.1%, extending gains since Monday, when JPMorgan initiated coverage on the stock with an outperform rating. The firm called server and storage solutions company Super Micro Computer a leader in the artificial intelligence computing market, which is “still in its infancy.” Micron Technology – The chipmaker’s shares rose 1.5% after Mizuho Securities reiterated a buy rating and raised its price target on the stock, saying strong artificial intelligence capabilities could lead to better-than-expected sales in late 2024 year and in 2025. gained 1% after JPMorgan reiterated its outperform rating on semiconductor stocks.
