Zug-based asset manager Schlossberg Technologies has launched a multi-strategy quantum fund, it announced on Monday.
The fund, called Enigma, is run by Magrino Bini, who joined last year. He previously managed $500 million (CHF 452.6 million) at the London branch of US asset management firm Millennium Management.
The Enigma fund aims to generate returns uncorrelated with broader markets through a diversified set of proprietary quantum models running in parallel. The company said it has invested heavily in its trading infrastructure, allowing it to access sophisticated trading strategies that were previously unavailable.
