Investing.com – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in indices and sectors led shares higher.
At the close of trading in Copenhagen, quotes rose 2.27%.
The top gainers of the session were AP Moeller – Maersk A/SA (CSE:), which rose 6.19% or 590.00 points to close at 10,120.00. AP Moeller – Maersk A/SB (CSE:) rose 6.17%, or 600.00 points, to close at 10,330.00, while GN Store Nord (CSE:) rose by 5.06%, or 9.05 points, and ended trading at 188.10.
The worst performers of the session were Coloplast A/S (CSE:), which fell 0.09% or 0.80 points to trade at 863.40 at the close. Yusuke Bank A/S (CSE:) was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to finish at 561.50 and Danske Bank The A/S Index (CSE:) rose 0.10%, or 0.20 points, to 202.80.
Advancing shares outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 103 to 36, while 19 were unchanged.
Oil for June delivery rose 0.61%, or 0.51, to $84.08 a barrel. In commodities trading, Brent crude for June delivery rose 0.60%, or 0.53, to $89.54 a barrel, while June gold futures rose 0.11%, or 2.55. and traded at $2345.05 per troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.47% at 6.98, while EUR/DKK was unchanged 0.00% at 7.46.
US Dollar Index futures rose 0.53% to 106.01.
