BEIJING (Reuters) – Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:) sold 1.3 million Hong Kong-listed shares of electric vehicle maker BYD (SZ:) for HK$310.5 million ($39.8 million), stock exchange data showed in Monday.
Berkshire’s stake in BYD’s issued H shares was reduced to 6.90% from 7.02% after the sale on June 11, according to a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
