(Reuters) – S&P Dow Jones Indices said on Friday that private equity firm KKR & Co (NYSE:), cybersecurity company CrowdStrike (NASDAQ:) and internet service provider GoDaddy (NYSE:) will join the benchmark index before markets open on 24 June. .
CrowdStrike shares rose 6% in extended trading. Shares of KKR and GoDaddy rose 9% and 3.6%, respectively.
The companies will replace staffing firm Robert Half (NYSE:), US regional lender Comerica (NYSE:) and gene sequencing machine maker Illumina (NASDAQ:) in the index.
Robert Half shares fell 2.2%. Shares of Comerica were last down 0.4% and Illumina were down 0.6%.
